Apartment located in small residence (Grace) on 2nd floor, elevator. Nearby numerous stores, restaurants, streetcar stop at 150 meters. Seafront and beach at 50 meters

Free parking allowed at Residence for maximum 30 minutes (2 Shop and Go car parkings).
